When do I get paid? -
How do chargebacks work? When a member cancels their membership before 17 months, a chargeback balance will be added to your commission balance. Chargebacks will not exceed 50% of your check.

Do you pay taxes on the money you make? If so, how? Yes, taxes have to be paid on the money you earn. You will receive a 1099-MISC from TVC Matrix Associates before January 31st the following year. Speak with your tax professional about how to file your tax return.

Do I get a commission on the people I bring in when they make a sale? Yes, you will receive an override commission from $1.32 to $6.00 on qualified sales.

What are the approved payment methods? Advance commissions are paid on American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and bank drafts from an established personal checking account.

Can I use a prepaid debit card? Prepaid debit cards are not encouraged. Commissions will be paid as earned on prepaid credit cards, gift cards, one-time pay cards, online banking accounts and offshore accounts.

What is the difference between an as earned commission & an advanced commission? An as earned commission is a commission paid month to month as long as the member has their membership. If a member signs up for the Total Security plan, the as earned commission is $9.24. You will be paid $9.24 each month as long as they are a member. An advanced commission is a paid "in advance" of when the commission is actually earned. If a member signs up for the Total Security plan, the 17 month advanced commission is $80.
To use the roadside assistance service, call the toll-free number at 1-866-860-1000 and describe the situation, so the representative can send the appropriate help to assist you.
It takes between 45-60 minutes for dispatch to arrive. A service representative can provide a more accurate time during your call.
The service covers the member, not the car. The card holder must be present.
If you're out of town, your covered. The service includes up to $500 in travel assistance reimbursement on car rentals, meals, lodging or transpiration expenses when the member is disabled in a covered auto accident.
If you're hospitalized, you'll receive $150 per day up to 365 consecutive days for your hospital room and board as a result of injuries from a covered accident.
